Born in the wake of the post-COVID music revival in Halifax, Homegrown grew from a simple idea between Jeff Broussard (vocals) and Jon Nicholson (bass/vocals). What began as a duo project quickly evolved into a powerhouse lineup with the addition of Mark Sweeney (drums), and most recently Fredericton standout Brad Bailey (electric guitar). Together, the band brings a dynamic blend of experience, musicianship, and the kind of stage chemistry audiences immediately connect with.

Known for their high-energy performances, crowd-pleasing setlists, and professional stage presence, Homegrown delivers the kind of live show that keeps dance floors full and music venues buzzing. Their sound is rooted in classic influences but driven by a modern, feel-good vibe that works perfectly for bars, festivals, and corporate events alike.

The band will be in the studio in late April recording their first EP of original music, with a full release planned for late 2026. As Homegrown continues building momentum across Eastern Canada, their goal remains simple: to create powerful live music experiences while growing together as a band into something truly authentic.
